Take refuge in one or two of our cozy rustic Vermont Twin Cabins which provide abundant access to Vermont's Green Mountain beauty and wildlife. Beautiful views, wild bird songs, and natural beauty surround each cabin. Whimsically decorated in Northern Wilderness motif, each cabin is fully furnished with linen, towels, pots and pans, and appliances. The queen size bed upstairs in the loft is accessed by a spiral staircase. The livingroom has a love seat that pulls out to a sleeper, a rocking chair, TV with satellite and DVD player and a gas fireplace that provides the heat along with ambience! There is a full kitchen and bath with full shower. A gas grill and picnic table is provided seasonally.

Cross country ski from your door. There's quick access to VAST trails for snow mobilers. Hike unspoiled groomed trails through the woods on our 46 acre estate, or just relax and soak in the calmness as you rock on the porch and watch the wildlife.

Because of the design of the cabins, we may not allow children under 12 years old.  Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins.  These cabins do not accommodate pets.  If you travel with a pet, ask about our new pet friendly cabin alternative!

Rates

Rates are $135/night for 1-2 people with a 2 night minimum.  $675/weekly rate for 5-7 nights.  Extra charge for 3rd person.  One night stays are considered at premium rate.  Premium rates add $25/night and  apply during Memorial Day w/e, VLS graduation, July 4 w/e, Tunbridge Fair week, Labor Day w/e, Foliage time of Sept 15-Oct 24, Christmas and New Years weeks. For all rates add 9% VT rooms tax.

Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation. A $200 security deposit is required to cover potential damages, returned at check-out after inspection. Balance is due on arrival. Cancellation Policy

Within 15 days or more prior to arrival, full credit of deposit for future stay or refund of deposit less $25. Additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected .Guests are responsible for any damages incurred as a result of misuse or negligence.

Directions

From the south: Take exit 2 off of 89N. Take left then a right onto Route 14. continue 5.3 miles, go through junction of 110 and 14 and take 1st right onto Happy Hollow Rd.

From the north: Take exit 3 off of 89S. Take a left and then a right onto Route 14. go 3 miles and take left onto Happy Hollow Rd.

From Happy Hollow Rd: Go .6 miles and take right onto Deerhaven Lane.  Follow that road up and around toward the back of the property.  Don't take any turns off that road and you'll come to sign that directs you to "check in" to pick up your keys.
